Fall Comfort Foods

“Comfort food” means something different to everyone. In this seasonally-inspired cooking class, we will be recreating classic fall comfort foods using locally-available and nutrient-dense ingredients that will satisfy your appetite and your palette. Nutritionist Alexa Bedingfield will demonstrate three gluten free recipes:

  • Chicken Pot Pie Soup

  • Butternut Squash Mac and “Cheese” (dairy free)

  • Homemade Pumpkin Butter

  • Pumpkin Spiced Chia Pudding
