Join Alexa for this workshop-style class where she will lead participants through the planning and preparation process for a week’s worth of healthy meals! In class, Alexa will guide you through the preparation of 2 versatile plant-based protein options, 3 veggies prepared in a variety of creative ways, and 2 starches that can be mixed and matched into 5+ delicious meal combinations. She will share meal prep efficiency tips and her “go-to” process for planning and executing easy, nutrient dense, and delicious home cooked meals. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to start cooking more at home, but doesn’t know where to start, OR meal prep pro’s looking for new ideas and inspiration. All the recipes in this class will be Vegetarian (no animal meat or seafood. Eggs and dairy may be used as optional additions, but vegan modifications will be available).
