As part of our “How to Eat More Vegetables” series, this class will present new and delicious ways to cook common items found in the produce section of your grocery store with anti-inflammatory herbs and spices. Updated recipes include:

  • whole roasted rainbow carrots with tahini sauce

  • curried cauliflower wedges with tzatziki

  • sweet and smoky sautéed mushrooms

  • Two-herb gremolata green beans

  • roasted cabbage steaks with a garlic lemon sauce
