A low FODMAP diet is designed to help relieve symptoms of gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. At first the diet can seem overwhelming, so we decided to host a class on what to eat. We'll demonstrate recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert! Recipes include: Blueberry Chia Coconut Flour Muffins, Salmon Lettuce Wrap with Zucchini Hummus, Mixed Asian Vegetable Stir-fry on Millet, and Banana Nice Cream.

Cost: $60. Please inquire about our "Frequent Diners Club" which can lower the cost of classes to $45 if you are an ongoing participant. There is a $35 fee for no shows, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early if you are using insurance to help cover the cost of the class.
