A low FODMAP diet is temporary diet designed to help relieve gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea characteristic of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). At first the diet can seem overwhelming, so we decided to host a class on what to eat.
In this class, we're going after flavor! Most people know how to cook a piece of meat. Most people know how to cook rice or boil noodles. Most people know how to do something simple with vegetables. But everyone gets bored with this right?! Now if you had a delicious sauce or dressing to make a boring piece of chicken light up, or vegetables sing, then you'd feel like you were eating in a restaurant. We'll be showing 5-7 sauces, making a hearty entree salad, and topping it all off with a blueberry crisp, because who doesn't love a healthy dessert?

If you are a patient of a participating practitioner, your insurance may cover up to one class per month with applicable co-pays. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early if you are using insurance to help cover the cost of the class.
There is a $35 fee for no shows, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class.
