In this class on the basics, our nutritionists will show you items that made their lives easier when they adopted a ketogenic lifestyle. Recipes will include homemade mayo & sauces, almond flour sandwich bread, fat bombs, fat fueled morning beverages, and an awesome alternative to oatmeal.  This class is great for keto veterans, newbies, and those just considering trying the diet.
