Save time and money in this class for people on the run who want to eat healthily. We'll be making up 5 dishes with 5 or less ingredients (not counting oil and salt, pepper, and basic spices). Considering the average person spends $12.75 on a meal eaten outside of the home, our goal is to have these homemade dishes cost less than $5 per serving. All dishes are gluten and dairy free, and nutritionist approved: Shrimp Pesto with Roasted Cauliflower and Cherry Tomatoes; Baked Chicken with Artichokes; Seared Pork Chop with Italian Snow Pea Salad; Pistachio Crusted Tuna Cakes over Salad; Egg Drop Soup.

Cost: Classes are just $60 for dinner, cooking demonstration, recipe packet, and education by a licensed nutritionist. Please come hungry. Become a "Frequent Diner" and enjoy every 4th class on us!

There is a $25 fee for no shows, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class.

If you are a patient of a participating practitioner, your insurance may cover up to one class per month with applicable co-pays. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early if you are using insurance to help cover the cost of the class.
