A low FODMAP diet is a temporary diet designed to help relieve gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea characteristic of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). At first the diet can seem overwhelming, so we decided to host a class on what to eat.
In this class, we're going after flavor! Most people know how to cook a piece of protein, saute veggies, and boil noodles but everyone gets bored with this right? Now, if you had a delicious sauce or dressing to make a plain piece of chicken light up, or vegetables sing, then you'd feel like you were eating in a restaurant.
We'll be demoing easy sauces made in a blender, dressing up a hearty entree salad, and topping it all off with a blueberry crisp, because who doesn't love a healthy dessert? Sauce recipes include

2.) Asian Peanut or Almond Sauce
3.) Citrus Vinaigrette
4.) Carrot Ginger Dressing
5.) Balsamic Dijon
6.) Basil Pesto
7.) Sweet Poppy Seed Dressing
