Join us before the holidays for a simple, yet effective food based cleanse. We'll provide a weekend meal plan that you can initiate on your own whenever you feel the need for a system reboot (in between the holidays, after a vacation, to ward off the holiday 10lb). We will show you  how to make everything, provide a shopping list, and taste all of the dishes as they are ready.  Chia and Berry Breakfast Bowl, Orange Roasted Beets and Arugula Salad, and a Curried Vegetable Stew.

Cost: $60. Please inquire about our "Frequent Diners Club" which can lower the cost of classes to $45 if you are an ongoing participant. There is a $35 fee for no shows, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early if you are using insurance to help cover the cost of the class.
