Our most popular baking class is back! Explore healthy alternatives to white flour and white sugar while retaining the irresistible flavors of desserts and treats. All recipes are dairy, gluten, and soy FREE. Desserts include: goey chocolate chip chickpea cookies, double chocolate chip black bean brownies, cherry mocha avocado mousse, summer fruit crisp, and a homemade ice cream (no ice cream maker required!). This class is vegan friendly.

Class Time: 5:30-7pm, unless you are using health insurance, in which case you MUST arrive by 5:00 PM.

Insurance Coverage: Patients of participating Crossroads Medical practitioners, can use insurance to cover one class per month with applicable co-pays.

Non-Insurance / Cash Price: Price includes cooking demonstration, dinner, recipe packet, and education by our licensed nutritionist, Keri Connell CNS, LDN, IFNCP.

o   $60 Single Class- Every 4th class is FREE with a “Frequent Diners Card”. Your first class is always 50% off!

o   $45 with a 6 Class Package

o   $40 with a 12 Class Package

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed classes are subject to a $25 fee.

Reservations: Classes book quickly so call or email soon to reserve your spot. If you are not a patient of Crossroads Medical, you will be required to reserve your seat with a valid credit card.

Allergies & Restrictions: All classes are gluten free and almost all are dairy free. If you have specific allergies or restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking.
