Cost: $60. Please inquire about our "Frequent Diners Club" which can lower the cost of classes to $45 if you are an ongoing participant. There is a $35 fee for no shows, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class.

About our Guest Teacher:

Gina Rieg is the founder and owner of Simplified Wellness for You.  As a Certified Health Coach, a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) Program and a Certified GAPS Practitioner, Gina guides and empowers her clients and students towards optimal health by focusing on an ancestral food lifestyle.  Gina’s passion stems from her prior health obstacles with digestive disease.  She personally experienced the life-changing benefits of transitioning to an ancestral food lifestyle, enabling her to overcome chronic digestive disease. 

Gina supports her clients and students by tackling various health concerns, especially digestive issues but also low energy and cravings, among others.  By empowering and educating others, Gina connects the dots between food lifestyle and thriving with optimal health.  She simplifies conflicting and confusing nutrition information, focusing on the ancestral food lifestyle foundations that lead to sustainable and thriving optimal health.

Gina received her Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with SUNY College.  Gina is also a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program through the Nutritional Therapy Association.  Furthermore, Gina is a Certified GAPS Practitioner (CGP), certified by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride.   Wearing another hat, Gina serves as a local Chapter Leader for the Weston A. Price Foundation.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park. 

A former athlete, Gina continues to train with CrossFit and playing volleyball.  Another passion is walking the talk - traditionally preparing homemade meals, often with a creative flair.  She enjoys her workout training, spending time outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
