Part 2 (future class)- The Influence of Sleep and Stress. Recipes include Berry N'oatmeal; Matcha Berry Lime Smoothie; Hearty Roasted Vegetable Entree Salad; Blueberry Ginger Crisp
Part 3 (future class)- Exercise and Brain Training. Recipes include Turmeric Spiced Cauliflower & Egg Fritatta; Crunchtastic Wild Mackerel Salad; Almond Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Class Time: 5:30-7pm, unless you are using health insurance, in which case you MUST arrive by 5:00 PM.
Insurance Coverage: Patients of participating Crossroads Medical practitioners, can use insurance to cover one class per month with applicable co-pays.
Non-Insurance / Cash Price: Price includes cooking demonstration, dinner, recipe packet, and education by our licensed nutritionist, Keri Connell CNS, LDN, IFNCP.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed classes are subject to a $25 fee.
