Magnesium & Potassium: Magnesium’s role in the brain is crucial. It is an essential ingredient to make over 1000 reactions happen, reactions from brain growth to nerve protection. It is estimated that over 68% of the population doesn’t get enough magnesium. Boosting our intake through foods like beans, greens, and nuts will help keep us cool, calm, and collected, as magnesium is known as the “relaxing mineral”. Potassium is another mineral, is critical for proper nerve conduction in the brain. Up to 97% of people do not get enough!
In this class, you’ll learn how to cook several plant based recipes to add to your routine, providing over 100% of your daily intake of both nutrients! Recipes include: Mexicali Mushroom & Sweet Potato Bowl, Stuffed Curried Acorn Squash, Really Good for You Brownies, and Edamame “Fried” Quinoa

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed classes are subject to a $25 fee.
