While only 42% of people do not meet the daily intake of zinc, there are several common scenarios that can decrease absorption of an already low intake- blood pressure and diuretic medications, heavy alcohol use, pregnancy, and a vegan diet.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed classes are subject to a $25 fee.
