General Information: Classes are taught “demonstration style” by our licensed nutritionists. You and up to 7 others will watch the recipes being prepared and enjoy samples as they are finished. You will get a copy of the recipes to go home with.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel your reservation so we can offer it to someone on the wait list. Because these classes are popular and seats are limited, we charge a missed class/late cancellation fee of $25. This is charged to the credit card you use to hold your reservation.

  • You may be eligible to use health insurance (with applicable co-pay) to cover the cost of 1 class per month if you meet the following:

  • You are a current patient of a medical provider at Crossroads Medical.

  • You complete a scheduled telehealth visit with one of our providers on the same day of the class. We will schedule this for you.

  • You have not had another appointment with a Crossroads’ provider within 14 of the class.

  • You do not have high deductible health care plan, or if you do, you’ve met your deductible.

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to start cooking more at home, but doesn’t know where to start, OR meal prep pro’s looking for new ideas and inspiration. All the recipes in this class will be Vegetarian (no animal meat or seafood. Eggs and dairy may be used as optional additions, but vegan modifications will be available).
